Defensive star Jacody Coleman was the Baylor Bears' 16th commit. The Beaumont Westbrook standout will be on the Baylor University campus once again with a fellow teammate. When Beaumont Westbrook High School defensive end Jacody Coleman gave his pledge to the Baylor Bears, the Baylor football team instantly got better. Come Sunday, the Baylor Bears are looking to get just down right scary.

Billy Chavis is planning to be in Waco this Sunday to visit Baylor University with his current teammate and Baylor commit Jacody Coleman. Previously, Chavis told BearsIllustrated.com that if he had to decide right now, Chavis would choose Baylor. Although his first choice would be Miami, Chavis is unsure of the staus of his recruitment there and whether or not he has an offer.

So what does this mean to Baylor? Billy Chavis is a 4-Star recruit, and is ranked the #5 tight end in the country by Scout.com. Baylor recently got a commitment from high school superstar G.J. Kinne in a press conference aired on Fox Sports Southwest, and looks to land yet another commit in Billy Chavis.
